These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Molie Messenger and its associated services, including the use of MOL tokens and participation in the token sale (“Messenger,” “MOL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Molie Messenger, participating in the token sale, and using MOL tokens, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing Molie Messenger and using MOL tokens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Molie Messenger, participate in the token sale, or use MOL tokens.
2. USE OF MOLIE MESSENGER
- 2.1 General Use: Molie Messenger provides a platform for communication and interaction. Users must comply with these Terms and any applicable laws while using Molie Messenger.
- 2.2 Restricted Activities: Users shall not engage in any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to harassment, spam, or data scraping.
3. USE OF MOL TOKEN
- 3.1 MOL Token Functionality: The MOL token is designed to facilitate transactions and interactions within the Molie Messenger ecosystem.
- 3.2 Token Ownership: Users hold complete ownership and responsibility for their MOL tokens and associated activities on the blockchain.
- 3.3 No MOL Storage by Molie: Molie does not store MOL tokens on behalf of users. Users are responsible for securely storing their MOL tokens and private keys.
4. TOKEN SALE
- 4.1 Token Sale Participation
- 4.1.1 Token Sale Details: Participation in the MOL token sale is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the respective token sale documentation. Users are encouraged to carefully review and understand these terms before participating.
- 4.1.2 No Guarantee: Participation in the token sale does not guarantee any future profits, rewards, or benefits. The value of the MOL token may fluctuate, and users acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
- 4.2 Disclaimer of Responsibility
- 4.2.1 Not Financial Advisors: Molie does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions, and any investment in the MOL token is at their own risk.
- 4.2.2 No Token Storage: Molie does not store MOL tokens or any other cryptocurrency. All tokens are stored on the blockchain, and users manage their private keys on their own devices.
5. DISCLAIMER
- 5.1 No Warranty: Molie Messenger and MOL tokens are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
- 5.2 Security: We cannot guarantee the security of Molie Messenger, the blockchain, or any related technology, and users are urged to take necessary precautions.
6. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
- 6.1 Modification of Terms: Molie reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically for changes.

We regularly update technical, content and other information on the Site. However, we make no claim in guaranteeing the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of the information provided at the Site. We are able to add, review or delete information, resources, and services posted on the Site.
10. Data Protection
We respect the confidentiality of private and personal information of all cooperating parties. However, there is no perfect secure method of protecting information during its storage, processing, and transfer into electronic form, we do not give the full warranty of its complete safety, despite all efforts made by Molie.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. Any provision of these Terms of Use that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
